This weekend all three Richmond teams played away. With the Heroes going to Bayside and the 1st and 2nd at Langley.

In the third division the Heroes played a tough Bayside team, losing a tough match. Score unknown at this time.

In second division Richmond was trying to get back in the win column and get revenge against a Langley side that beat them at home in the first half. The first half saw Richmond play some great rugby: moving the ball wide, tackling well and playing a well in all aspects. We took an early 8-0 lead. A minor lapse oin concentration saw Langley run through Richmond to score under the posts. Score 8-7. In the secon half Richmond scored quickly to take a 15-7 lead. The seconds then held on and did what they had to to preserve the win. Standouts in the game were 2nd row Brad Nielson and Birdman who played on the wing and had numerous runs.

In first division action it was a tale of two halfs. In the first half Richmond played some inspired Rugby scoring three tries and taking a 19-0 lead. Langley would score a try before half time to make the score 19-7 at the half. In the second half with Langley playing downhill Richmond was put under alot of pressure.They scored two tries to tie up the game. The teams the traded penalties to knot up the score 22-22. Langley went on to win the game.
