A Message from Dave Tate

The fall is approaching and clubs and players of excellence will be contemplating new heights in addressing fitness and good results. For those that have been languishing in the warm summer rays, supping Mai Tais with tiny parasols and sporting swollen midriffs, I have the midsummer work out for you.

Meet at the Minoru Oval at 630pm on Tuesdays - work out is self paced but structured and lasts 50 minutes. Designed to measure accurately how much gas you have in the tank - this work out is the perfect rugby yard stick pre or mid season, concentrating on cardio, mobility and injury avoidance with no contact or devices or weights.

Dave Tate will be conducting the session and believe it or not - actually doing the work out with you and recording results. Bring anyone you want to train with too.
